Step 1

Sign up online here: http://tinyurl.com/netballuxion2014-registration. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you within 3 days, with the relevant instructions for Netballuxion 2014

 

Step 2

Complete the application form and indemnity form (for each player). Failure to submit the indemnity forms will unfortunately render the player unable to participate in Netballuxion.

Step 3

Submit the application form (1 per team) and indemity form (for each player) in hardcopy and registration fees to us. Details will be provided in the acknowledgement email.

** All entries and payment must be completed and submitted by 27th June 2014 (or 31st May 2014 for early bird discount).

 

Note:

1) There will be no e-invoice issued. Only an official receipt will be issued after payment is received.

2) For players participating in multiple categories, please drop us an email indicating your name, team names and respective categories.
